Accommodation & Facilities
You will be based in the TEAM Bootcamp HQ during your stay, a large country manor house in the heart of beautiful Shropshire. The views are amazing, especially the sunrise and the home is finished to a very high standard.
Nutrition Plan
No tasteless diet food, just good wholesome cooking from expert weight-loss chefs. You get three balanced meals and two tasty snacks to boost energy and promote health & fitness every day.
Training Facilities
Located on 35 acres of Shropshire countryside, there is plenty of room for training during Menopause Camp. More technical training will take place in our custom-designed and fully equipped indoor facility, which also serves as a wet weather option.
